All our designs are customizable and made to measure to your body. Select an item, and choose a hemline, sleeve length, and color.
If you're having trouble deciding between two options or don’t know where to begin, schedule a meeting with one of our designers who will take you step by step through the whole process.
Once you’ve decided on an item, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. If you are an existing customer and would like to use your measurements already on file, no further action is required. We will email you if we have any follow-up questions before we start production.
If this is your first time shopping with us or you would like to update your measurements, use the prompt at the end of the checkout to schedule your virtual dress fitting. During this meeting, our designer will take every measurement needed to create your perfect customized dress.
How long until I get my order?
Our talented dressmakers take the time to get things right. Each garment takes about two to four weeks to make and is shipped the moment it is finished. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped with an estimate of delivery time.
How do I care for my Lawrence Scott Atelier customized dress?
Caring for our garments is a breeze! Simply wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. To prolong life, try spot cleaning, steaming, hanging in the sun, or airing it out outside. Loved garments last and making garments last saves the planet.
Are there returns?
Because each garment is made specifically to your measurements, we cannot offer returns. However, if your item is not 100% perfect when you receive it please let us know and we will fix it free of charge.
What about repairs?
All our garments come with a lifetime guarantee. If your garment ever rips, tears, gets holes, or comes undone in any way, just let us know and we will fix it for you.
What do I do with my customized dress when I am done with it?
Simply send it back to us! When your item is old or worn or simply no longer your favorite, we will recycle it for you and give you a discount towards your next purchase.
